PECANS Directory
The PECANS website hosts two databases, the PECANS Research Directory, a database of current and recent doctoral research projects in the law, gender and sexuality field, and the PECANS Supervisor Directory, a database of prospective supervisors. Both of these directories are international and interdisciplinary.
Research Directory
The aim of the PECANS Research Directory is to allow postgraduate students working in the law, gender and sexuality area to find others with similar research interests, forge networks and communicate with like-minded people. All postgraduate research students are encouraged to fill in the research directory form and have their doctoral research project listed in the research database.
Supervisor Directory
The new PECANS Supervisor Directory is a resource primarily aimed at those considering studying for a research degree in the areas of law, gender or sexuality. Prospective students can search the supervisor directory to find information about possible research supervisors. Estabished academics who are interested in supervising research in the law, gender or sexuality sphere are invited to fill in the supervisor directory form to have their contact information and research interests listed in the supervisor directory.
